Description

This Christmas Cake Batter Fudge is a festive, creamy, and irresistibly sweet holiday treat! With its cheerful red and white layers and candy sprinkles, it’s perfect for cookie exchanges, gift boxes, or cozy nights by the fire. The rich vanilla cake flavor meets melt-in-your-mouth fudge — a match made in Christmas heaven. Plus, it’s no-bake, quick to make, and oh-so-fun for kids and adults alike!


Ingredients

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips

  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

  • 1 cup vanilla cake mix

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Red food coloring

  • ¼ cup Christmas sprinkles


Instructions

  • Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.

  • In a saucepan, melt white chocolate chips and condensed milk over low heat until smooth.

  • Stir in cake mix and vanilla extract until well combined.

  • Divide mixture in half; tint one half red with food coloring.

  • Pour red layer into the pan and chill for 10 minutes.

  • Spread the white layer on top and sprinkle with Christmas sprinkles.

  • Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.

 

  • Cut into squares and serve!


Notes

Substitute almond extract for a fun flavor twist.

Add crushed peppermint or mini marshmallows for texture.
