Description

These Blue Christmas Truffles are creamy, enchanting, and irresistibly festive! With their snow-dusted sugar coating and dreamy blue hue, theyโ€™re perfect for winter gatherings, holiday dessert trays, or homemade edible gifts. Each bite melts in your mouth with sweet, velvety goodness. Best of all, theyโ€™re no-bake, simple to make, and look absolutely magical on your Christmas table!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz white chocolate, finely chopped

  • ยผ cup heavy cream

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Blue gel food coloring

  • ยฝ cup granulated sugar (for coating)


Instructions

  • Heat heavy cream in a small saucepan until just steaming (do not boil).

  • Pour over chopped white chocolate and let sit for 1 minute.

  • Stir until smooth and creamy, then add vanilla and a few drops of blue food coloring.

  • Chill the mixture for 45 minutes or until firm enough to scoop.

  • Roll mixture into 1-inch balls.

  • Roll each truffle in granulated sugar for a sparkling effect.

 

  • Chill until ready to serve.


Notes

Use blue sanding sugar for extra sparkle.

For a peppermint twist, add ยผ tsp peppermint extract.

Store in the refrigerator up to 7 days.
