8 oz white chocolate, finely chopped

Blue gel food coloring

ยฝ cup granulated sugar (for coating)
Instructions

Heat heavy cream in a small saucepan until just steaming (do not boil).

Pour over chopped white chocolate and let sit for 1 minute.

Stir until smooth and creamy, then add vanilla and a few drops of blue food coloring.

Chill the mixture for 45 minutes or until firm enough to scoop.

Roll mixture into 1-inch balls.

Roll each truffle in granulated sugar for a sparkling effect.

Notes
Use blue sanding sugar for extra sparkle.
For a peppermint twist, add ยผ tsp peppermint extract.
