Description

These Blue Christmas Truffles are creamy, enchanting, and irresistibly festive! Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz white chocolate, finely chopped

  • ΒΌ cup heavy cream

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Blue gel food coloring

  • Β½ cup granulated sugar (for coating)


Instructions

  • Heat heavy cream in a small saucepan until just steaming (do not boil).

  • Pour over chopped white chocolate and let sit for 1 minute.

  • Stir until smooth and creamy, then add vanilla and a few drops of blue food coloring.

  • Chill the mixture for 45 minutes or until firm enough to scoop.

  • Roll mixture into 1-inch balls.
